I don't know how they don't have a lower rating. BUYER BEWARE. They don't take any accountability on their wrongdoings. When I purchased my vehicle, they said they were going to check the fluids, give the car an oil change, etc. Don't let them do that. They water the fluids down. They never return your call. When you speak to someone, it's as if you're an alien. God forbid they answer your questions. I can go on, but that's the gist of it. Good luck!!
