Increase on top of Increase and now Elain Lucas is there so rates will really go up to fund her account. The cost was already too high and due to new additions and adjustments it continues. Went from 80% of water usage for sewer to now 100%. Recently analysis by Jacob's (kick back to commission) there's a new Increase. 12.50 per month. Time to vote out the whole bunch. Bibb property owners are tired of being commissioner's slush fund.

My main cut off where water comes into house was replaced some time ago (maybe 2 years). They messed up the lines coming in house so I had no water pressure and after a week of calls it was fixed . I was told they didn't clog my lines it obviously had been that way before they changed lines. Well apparently they blew all the dirt from the old lines into my home and i appears to have collected in my hot water tank. So since the repair i have replaced two elements in the tank twice. Garbage company! Charges outrageous fees! Disconnects without any notice. Then tells you no eta on turning your water back on once you pay them.
They still haven't gave me my deposit money back it's been 4 months
