My main cut off where water comes into house was replaced some time ago (maybe 2 years). They messed up the lines coming in house so I had no water pressure and after a week of calls it was fixed . I was told they didn't clog my lines it obviously had been that way before they changed lines. Well apparently they blew all the dirt from the old lines into my home and i appears to have collected in my hot water tank. So since the repair i have replaced two elements in the tank twice. Garbage company! Charges outrageous fees! Disconnects without any notice. Then tells you no eta on turning your water back on once you pay them.
They still haven't gave me my deposit money back it's been 4 months
I had a sewar maim backup in my basement. I gave mwa a call around 830pm and they had Mr. William at my residence before 9pm. They had another truck show up and blow out the lines in the sewer along the road. Said they would be back to do more Cleaning along the street. Unfortunately, my issue seems to be on my property, but none the less William and crew were super professional and tried to do what they could within their scope. Can't ask for more.
