We have a 3 year old English Bulldog and took him here for signs of an ear infection. They sent a vet tech out and took our dog inside. 20-25 minutes later who I’m guessing was a vet brought our baby out to the car. Said he had a slight ear infection and sent us home with no medicine only ear cleaner. Also, told me to put that in his ear daily. Then if that didn’t clear it up to come back in two weeks. The flush in this picture has Ketaconazole in it which is an antifungal medicine used to treat ear infections caused by yeast. We add Baytril and Dexamethasone to it which treats bacterial infections and inflammation. Works great on ear infections. Check the label we added to the bottle to help you understand. - I just moved to Georgia and immediately noticed that my 3 yr old golden had a grape size lump located where her umbilical scar was. So I see that this clinic had great scores and reviews. Sorry for the miscommunication. You saw one of our relief vets this past weekend. We have been extremely overwhelmed since the start of COVID so some communication is done by techs and assistants. She would have been reexamined before surgery or sedation even happened. Glad it turned out to be an abscess.

Our lab was having breathing issues so we took her to see the vet and he took X-rays and told us she has heart failure. She was in and out in 15 minutes and there was no conversation about the next steps or a treatment plan. He suggested putting her to sleep and when we didn’t want to do that we were given a bunch of medication. our whole experience was fantastic .... everyone had smiles and seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing. DR Glass ... very impressed by his actions and you could seriously feel his love and concern for his patients .. our New Vet for all our furbabies!!
I will never forget the kindness and respect this office showed me and my dog. I had to make the tough choice to put him down on August 14, and they were so kind and so gentle with my precious Max. They waited patiently for me to say goodbye to him, and they even arranged his cremation for me which was so very sweet. I will never forget the kindness and respect I was shown that day and I will continue to use this office. You all are Angels and I am so grateful for all the times you took such good care of Max.
