Wife came here with a work place injury. Front office staff failed to inform her that her employer hadn't provided all the information she needed even though she had a letter from the nurse where she worked. Waited over an hour for them to get information from Human Resources. Go to the front desk and find out the information had been sent over an hour before to them and they weren't diligently checking to see if it had arrived. If I can give this Place a 0 I would . Horrible service the workers especially front desk very disrespectful. I have to do a drug screening I came yesterday was told it’ll take 30-45 mins ended up taking 2 hours then when I called was told an additional 45 mins maybe. Maybe?????? I come back this morning and same thing another hour wait also lots of people in the waiting room clustered up like it’s an ER. Very unsanitary and the waiting times are horrible . I was there to do a DOT Physical for a job and this doctor there wouldn’t pass me about my neck was over 17 inches and I where 17 1/2 in a shirt so she making me do a sleep study. Plus she had me to do this exercise before she took my blood pressure that made it worse to not pass and I told her and she don’t care. So I had to go to make doctor to get Cleared to work. I wish I could give them 0 stars!! They have screwed my husband over on now 3 jobs!!! I don't know why they have it out for him but they do because I know he passed the test but keep telling these employers it came back dirty.

Don't go to these clowns. Just got mail saying they had stolen data for all they users. Had to take drug test at this thug location and they is be had a data breach. Avoid at all costs. They cheated on the drug test too.
