He's taken care of my parents for many years, but not me since 2011. All of the other doctors and nurses are having to put the pieces together the last few years. Underlying health and conditions that are permanent, or even childhood should be known to other referrals by the PCP to prevent mishaps, miscommunications, and extended suffering instead of healing.
