Celebrated my birthday party here at Macon Marriott City Center since I am from Macon. Everything was great. My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. Staff is great food Excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The 1st room we had the TV didn't work. Maintenance tried to replace it. Still didn't work. They was very polite to move us to another room, and the phone didn't work in that room. But it is what is. Other than that it was ok.
I paid for a king sized bed. Gave me two queens. Beds are hard ac was stuck on 66. Felt like 78, no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. My daughters works for this company and I did get a discount so is that why ive been neglected? Ruined my entire time i just wanted a comfortable place to rest after traveling. I will never stay at another Marriott. Blood on the light switch in bathroom.
I needed to stay an extra night. I found out just before checkout time. I went to the front desk & spoke to Angeles. She was extremely helpful & accommodating. I also needed to have the credit card info swapped from mine, which I used during check in, to a card from the company I work for. She was extremely helpful & knowledgeable with this too.
