Staff was professional and very nice!!! However, the phone did Not work, nor did the TV and the air conditioner had to be drained too work properly. Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and I can say which was worse, the air conditioner or the TV not working! But ALL THE STAFF WAS GREAT! And great location and access to everything.
The rooms here are disgusting. The carpet felt damp the entire 4 days and turned our socks and shoes black on the first day. It smells musty and is very humid even with the air set to 65. Everything in the room felt wet including all our luggage after a couple days. The A/C area has never been cleaned, the shower has mold, there's a nasty spot under the sink, and there is dust and grime everywhere. Please keep king as the cook I’m begging this is some of the BEST Alfredo I’ve had I will stay here everytime I am in Macon Ga if he is the cook…. Also the front staff was really nice and the rooms look great
Excellent customer service from check-in to the restaurant and bar staff! Here several days and saw a variety of staff, all were very polite and provided excellent service. Rooms were very clean but they are definitely not perfect, with wear and tear showing on the doors and shower edges. I work in the housekeeping industry and the issues I saw were facility upkeep issues, not cleanliness issues. I would definitely stay here again!
