Dr. H she is amazing! And her assistant Madonna if I could give them 10 stars I would!! I am petrified of the dentist and always have been, but every time I go there they are sure to make sure that I feel 100% comfortable even if that’s giving me a wet washcloth to put on my head or leaving the x-ray vest on me so I feel comfortable. When I first began dental treatment here, I needed a deep cleaning which revealed a condition of periodontis -- Bone loss around the teeth. They worked to save my teeth and assisted me with products to use and taught me which products to avoid to preserve what I still had and promote healthy repair. After 18 months of treatment (all covered by Medicaid) you would barely know how bad my initial condition was. They constantly cancel and reschedule appointments, often times the day of your appointment. I can’t think of a single appointment they haven’t rescheduled. They do not get patients seen in a timely fashion. I was hung up on this morning when I expressed frustration with my son’s appointments constantly getting rescheduled. Very unprofessional, overbooked, not reliable, no regard for your time.
