How this hospital only has 3 stars is actually surprising. There are not enough words to describe how grateful my family is for the staff at this hospital including the custodians. We have been at this hospital a few times within the last few months and the nurses and doctors are top-notch. I just lost my mother and they treated us like family. My Mom visited a couple times in the last month with dehydration and a uti. They were so professional and treated Mom with so much respect. The last visit was the her last moments. They treated her and us with so much respect and care. It made the process bearable. I’d highly recommend the hospital. Their staff is a team and so much respect between them. I’d be comfortable going for any illness because if they evaluate you and feel you need a larger hospital they will send you on. If you noticed I used Respect several times ... read more

Do not take anyone there who needs more than a few stitches. My daughter was just there with a PIC Line and her Remodulin pump just to have an old port looked at for infection. It was definitely infected, probably MERSA again, and requested transfer to Vanderbilt where she is normally seen. She sat there all day. No food. No transfer. No ambulance. Until she signed herself out at 3:30,and drove herself to Vanderbilt. A sorry excuse for a hospital. They have no business treating serious problems and leaving you still sitting ... read more

I went to this hospital when I was first told I was four weeks pregnant two weeks ago. Yesterday I started to bleed. The amount of a period. The doctor I saw Dr Cruz was rude. When he first came to speak with me he wouldn’t listen to what I had to say.
