Nurses and docs are always good. The lady at the front desk needs a raise. I had to sit in the waiting area with our toddler while my husband was being treated. It was crazy busy but she juggled everything and stayed professional and friendly the whole time. I think her name was Cathy.

A update today at 1:30 pm . My granddaughter was taken there to the ER. When i arrived and told the woman at the desk what i was there for i was told they are 2 people back there already. I said go tell them i am here .so i can go back . Still the worst hospital in TN.. by forApparently to lazy to do so.If you are looking for the worst hospital in Tennessee. You found it here!
