My boyfriend bought a car in 2018 and they put everything in my name fraudulently so now I have a wage attachment through credit acceptance for a car that was not supposed to be in my boyfriend's but the agent put it in my name and never put his name or information on any of the paperwork. My boyfriend stopped doing the payments and returned the car back to them because it was a lemon.
