Dana is incredibly patient with his customer's questions. He helps over the phone with troubleshooting. He really does go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.
He went above and beyond to help me get my machine!
I live an hour away from the Macomb Sewing Center. I call Dana for an appointment and he usually can fit me in the next day. I go next door to Jimmy John's for lunch, come back in 45 minutes to an hour, and my machine is ready for pickup. I am extremely satisfied with the work he does on my 10-year-old Janome. Plus, I can pick up extra feet and other accessories. I highly recommend his services.
