Dr. Gheriani is TERRIBLE. I came in about 3 weeks ago with flu symptoms. He told me I just had seasonal allergies and sent me on my way. I was seen by a different doctor who tested me for the flu and i was in fact positive for influenza A. Now I am having some upper respiratory issues so i came back hoping. it to get Dr. Gheriani again but I did and he prescribed me with Azithromycin (an antibiotic) with no evidence of a bacterial infection. Dr. Philips said on Saturday my son had pneumonia and it was in both lungs. Today I received a phone call from urgent care stating that the radiologist read the X-ray and there is no pneumonia. My husband took him to our pediatrician and he agreed with the radiologist and said he didn’t have pneumonia. Instead he has a sinus infection and ear infection. Treated my son fine but when it came to me there wasn't even an assessment. One question was asked and I was written off.
Unprofessional, stupid and just plain ridiculous. They don't know their head from their ass. The receptionist sounds like she is drugged up when she answers the phone. The employees are rude, uncooperative and mean. I will never recommend this "urgent" care.
