I had an extremely disappointing experience with NP Adina Parrish during my pre-employment health screening. I have documented latent tuberculosis (LTBI), completed the full 9-month course of treatment in 2022, had a negative chest X-ray at that time, and have since only required annual symptom screening questionnaires for occupational clearance.
