Trust the doctors here with my life! They are very smart and caring. I am lucky my kids are patients here.
Doctor Yvas made my daughter absolutely uncomfortable. Some of the questions she asked I totally understand, some were very odd, and a lot of the questions my daughter just flat out didn't know the answers to. She's very shy and generally uncomfortable around strangers and doctors anyway, so she would look at me for help with answering and the doctor snapped at her and told her, "Don't look at your mom for answers!" I had an appointment for my child set up. They failed to call to let me know they had all left for the day, and the doctor was very rude and unprofessional. I was not rude; I said it was inconsiderate not to call patients and let them know what was happening. She says to find a new doctor, and today they called saying they no longer accept my insurance. When I called, my insurance proved they did. This place is a joke, and the doctor is rude. She gave me the vibe when I met with her that it was unprofessional. I know good ca... read more
