Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this weight loss consultant without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I was impressed by how clean their office was. It was obvious that they took pride in creating a clean, friendly environment for their patients. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They need a much better selection of waiting room magazines. Time dragged by while I was waiting because there was nothing interesting to read.
