Staff at mental health Access North is terrible, expected me to know who I was seeing even though they did not and can not know the information until intake, the help at the front desk was very rude and the operator who answered refused to give me his name to complain about them( I found out their names are crystal and Nick) apparently. They lack empathy and compassion and the social skills required to communicate with people that have special needs.
I have a son who has been diagnosed with alcohol related under developmental disorder, which is a disability and I’m requesting some inpatient care for my son therapy that could possibly help him. Macomb County community mental health says they do not provide inpatient care for children with mental health issues unless they’re in trouble with the law or a foster child
