I too agree the Dr. is pushy and out to spend your money. Even when you say no he talks you into doing things that aren't necessary. I don't undestand how they were voted the best in Macomb County. Last time I spent $250 before I was out of there. I've tried him twice and it was the same thing both times! Stay away!

I just moved to the area and had a great vet before, even so my dogs were never relaxed at the et. Not so here, dr. Tesch had my skittish rescue dog wanting attention. They are a great team and I am no longer nervous about starting over in a new area.
Absolutely the best group of people!! They are amazing and true animal lovers. I have 4 cats and a dog and they all love Dr. Tesch and the girls. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Going to the vet can be stressful, especially for my cats, but they make it as easy as possible.
Best Vet and staff! Miracle workers!! Dr. Tesch saved my dogs life and performed a miracle on him after he was badly abused. The recovery was too much for me to handle at home so Dr. Tesch took my baby home and cared for him until it was more manageable for me to do on my own. The recovery process was very long and scary but everyone at MCVH made it as easy as possible for us. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY CAT TO THIS VET HOSPITAL FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW AND AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE DOCTOR AND THE STAFF! I SOMETIMES THINK MY CAT LOOKS FORWARD TO GOING BECAUSE HE PURRS ALL THE WAY TO THE VET. DR. TESCH IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND CARING, PUTTING ME AND MY CAT AT EASE WHENEVER WE VISIT. Fabulous and caring staff! My dog loves to go there and the staff is so nice... Even when my dog tries to steal all the cat toys they just laugh and tell me it's ok. Wonderful people and they are always happy and having fun there. It is so nice to see people that truly love their job. My pets are patients for life!!
This vet Hospital is the BEST! If you love your pets and they are part of your family then this is the best vet to go to. The girls are always so friendly and nice and the office manager and Doctor are very professional with so much compassion. I was told by my previous vet that I had to put my cat to sleep. I called 5 other vet offices and no one seemed to care or had time.
