The owner is nice and very fair with her pricing. She has had a few issues with employees taking advantage of her. As everyone knows nowadays it's difficult to find good honest employees. With that being said. The job they did for me was outstanding. Talk to the owner about any and all of your concerns. She'll see that your needs are being met.

I had my floors done a couple months ago it is a fairly good job there's a couple things that just bug me. Between the kitchen and living room it's not level so I get to feel bounciness and squeaks. A piece by the step is coming up needs to be nailed down better. They did the step by the side door I couldn't open my door I had to cut it myself. Came in looking for carpet not impressed little yappy dog barking at my ankles the whole time I was in there and the girl when I walked in said give me a minute and walked to the back of store. Very uncomfortable.
