Management is not vey good nor do they care about making sure their jobs are done. They get around to things whenever.No one works in timely manner to get jobs done . and they jeopardizes tenants housing situations to make them homeless or put their tenants in a financial bind . Something is seriously wrong when they don't return phone calls at maco management in Marshall Mo. and if u do get ahold of someone they toss you around to everyones voicemail . This place is a scam. They have a listing for a “Chicago” apartment which is actually in a made up city called “Clawson, IL” - which doesn’t exist. Claims the listing is on 400 N Clark street, but when you click on the map it takes you to rural Missouri. Don’t trust this scam company and their fake listings!!

Maaco personally, I believe, goes over the top! The managers are doing a great job, or at least mine is. I appreciate her and realize what a crazy job she has! She does it to the best of her ability! Sometimes I think despite her employer!
