Their apartments are dumps! I live in one, and had a MASSIVE mouse problem. Then there's the ant, the roach and flea problem. Don't get me started on the manager at the Mexico, MO apartments. OMG, she is the queen of slum lords. She gets mad at her maintenance people for wanting to fix actual problems and people's apartments. She doesn't take any problems, seriously.
