The Credit Union is the worst when it comes to their customer service. They always try to blame the customer. Their collections Wilbur is good at the blame game. He blamed us that their new employee didn't split our payments on our autopay that we used for over a year so we got a late fee but it was our fault that they didn't do it this time.
