HAIDYN absolutely rules! I initially called and spoke to CJ about needing to update my 10yr old Laptop. He said come by with no appointment - I did and met Haidyn. He spent roughly two hours trouble shooting my update issues. Upon successfully restoring my computer to good, I asked what I owed him: "This is your first time in, I really didn't have to do much... I was having a problem with my Apple Watch. The face of the watch would zoom out making it very difficult to see the date or time. I took it to MacMedia and in less than a minute of so… they fixed the problem. They even helped to turn off the zoom function on my watch so I wouldn’t have the problem again. Best of all….they didn’t charge me. Although a minor issue… I would absolutely refer them and would go back if I had any other issues. Great customer service!!

MacMedia just solved an impossible problem. They transferred everything from old phone to new phone for my 80 year old friend. Including contacts and photos. Will never take my Max's anywhere else.

Have shopped here for years, amazing place for any apple repairs. Upgraded my Imac with a new SSD and I can't believe how wonderful and fast my computer runs now. Thank you MacMedia!!
