Incompetence with attitude! They do not help you, so you have to find out about what you're getting from somewhere else, so why go here?
ms. i had a good and bad experience at macmall...my hardrive died and they were unable to retrieve any of my info and then sold me a new hardrive to get started again....well, this new hardrive was defective and i had to get another new hardrive....this time i had DAVE MARTIN on the job...i was completely satisfied with his work and treatment of me....thank you dave
producer horrible customer service if something goes wrong!!! i was a loyal customer, --- a very busy video producer---but the latest purchase of a new 5 thousand dollar computer for editing was a lemon. they tried to repair 6 times in 2 months! i asked for a new one and they said no! they have cost me business and made my life miserable. will never shop there again. caveat emptor.
Customer Service I went into Mac Mall today on Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica, California. I wanted to purchase a wireless mouse. Ask one salesperson if they had any and he told me they were over on the wall. I went over to the wall where he pointed and saw many different models of laser and bluetooth. I ask another salesperson if he could answer a few questions about two different brands. He told me other than what was on the box, he didn't know anything. Great place for a Mac or a PC Lots of free parking located in rear of store makes the shopping experience here better than average. The staff is willing to let you peruse their stock and then ask questions without hawking you!
