I stayed there 3 weeks ago absolutely beautiful rooms well maintained area pool was excellent and the restaurant in the middle blew my mind will be booking 3 nights again soon
Nice big rooms, fantastic water pressure and an easy walk to town. Friendly reception and discount for seniors. Ate at Chinese Restaurant in past and was very good. Noticed kids loving the pool to cool off on a very hot day. Good stay.
We stayed one night at Maclin Lodge and would not stay there again and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone stay there if general cleanliness is of any importance to you. The room smelled bad and had a strong scent of air freshener that was attempting to mask the bad smell. The floors in the room was sticky and the bathroom floor was slimy, it made you want to leave your shoes on. There was old soap left in the bathroom. The glasses in the fridge were dirty.
