Booked a virtual appointment same day and saw the doc swiftly. It was a good appointment and we got what we needed, but that is not the whole story. After the visit I fought to pay my bill for HOURS. This "unpaid balance" made it so that my appointment was not complete and my prescriptions could not be called in. Would give 0 stars if I could. The Doctor I saw was okay, but the staff sucks. It's been over 24 hours and the pharmacy still doesn't have my prescription. I've requested them to physically call it in instead of faxing it over and I keep getting dismissed because they are with other patients, which I totally understand, but I'm a patient as well. Front desk girl cut me off on the phone while I was trying to speak. I was told multiple times "they'll send it in 5 minutes" and they never did obviously. Don't waste your time doi... read more
I came in for a muscular issue. I waited about 15 minutes for an online call, but when Dr. Clement got in, he was extremely efficient and got to the point. I leave a star off because after, I did not receive the main thing I came for, a referral for pt. After calling I was put on hold for 30+ minutes then hung up on. I called again, and then we figured out the referral was sent to the wrong email due to a small typo. It was figured out in the end, but had some stress along the way.
Great staff..the phlebotomist was perfect too!
