First of all the team there are always outstanding customer service and always willing to go above and beyond to help. A super special mention about Karen who is an incredible stylist with impeccable taste and attention to detail always makes our shopping trips there not only fun but an absolute breeze! Great service when purchasing a TV unit ,but I especially want to send a shout out to the two delivery guys who delivered it today.What a pleasure - they called twice on their way to our unit to keep us up to date with timeing, arrived with smiles and happy personalities ,and very efficiently unboxed and placed the furniture,and then took away the box and packaging, all with smiles. Made it a pleasure doing business with Macleods Furniture.

Very friendly and helpful service. Staff are knowledgeable but not pushy. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to mention Mimi especially for her expertise and patience with all our questions 🤩, and Karen at beds r us. We're very happy with our beds and lounge furniture, delivery went smoothly, a great experience all round 😀
