I can't say enough about MacLellan Plumbing and Heating. They went over and above helping me figure out a leaking furnace problem and then repaired it efficiently. The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. VERY high praises for this company. Maureen A.
Great customer service. I left a message asking for a visit. They called back the same day, and even though they did not have the availability to come and provide service, they took the time to discuss the issue with me at length and provided useful advice, feedback and proposed alternative service providers.
Came out did absolutely nothing for me, maybe spent 5mins in my house and sent me a bill for $90. Then had to get another plumber who actually fixed the problem. Also they don’t snake drains. So if you're under the assumption that all plumbers snake drains, they don’t.
Marty is experienced and explained every bit of process and installation questions in details. Highly recommend.
