Visited Cassie, the nurse at the Access Clinic run by Maclean Medical. Had a bad leg infection which she fixed after a few visits. A senior nurse who knows exactly how to treat wounds. A great walk in service Centre needed by our region. With GP visits difficult to book I strongly recommend this service
Counter staff are harsh difficult and uncooperative. Linda needs to train them to treat customers respectfully. The doctors are let down by those 2. Agree with Donald, Cheryl, Lindy and Tezza. Time to look at it Hayley. Linda is a great manager but the problem has gone on too long. Some changes are needed. Manager is not a nice lady honestly think you should re consider her position in your practice her demeanour and approach to people is more like a football coach and really leaves an unpleasant feeling when dealing with her when you already feel unwell
Doc Richards is amazing he gives me natural remedies that have helped more then conventional medication . He actually listens and understands .
It's the first time I've ever had to pay a $30 deposit for an appointment at any surgery no such thing as bulk billing even if you have a healthcare card or a pension card and the fees they charge for their surgeries are astronomical..don't forget to take your wallet..it will be empty when you walk out the door
