Avoid! Tried to charge me for an afternoon appointment I could not attend because of my child being home sick, despite my phoning them at 8.30am to advise (and offering medical certificate confirming illness). Blatant money grab with zero patient care.
After having an extremely bad experience with another GP in the area (at a different practice) I decided to try the walk-in clinic the same day. I was so happy with my decision to visit here. Nurse Cassie and a male nurse (sorry I can’t remember your name), we’re great! They listened to my concerns, reassured me, and worked out where my issues were stemming from right away. I am new to the area and so glad to have this service available.
