First impression I thought working there it would be a cool place to work boy was I wrong. Within the first 90 days of working there for the Senior Customer Service Rep told tell me repetitively she doesn’t like to train she’s not paid to train & then relay that information back to management and nothing was done. But little did I know that manager (who was fired during my time there) told her to "break me in & he wanted me to be more like her" Dedicated to the company no personal life.
