I've had the need to present myself at The Maclean District Hospital on several occasions over the years, anybody that has the hide to winge about waiting times and the service grow a brain, I've never been to a private hospital but i can't imagine how it could be better than Maclean,from the moment I've never arrived till discharge every member of the team is a thorough professional from the front desk to the doctor,they are an absolute credit to their jobs, even when they've got to put up with habitual wingers,show some ap... read more
We are on holidays & had to take our grandson to hospital. From the receptionist to the triage nurse to the other nursing staff & the Doctor we had five star treatment. Admittedly it was not very busy but they were attentive, helpful & very caring. Well done to the whole team in the Emergency Department
Rude lady that I spoke to on the phone was not helpful at all. Her name was Sally, she was unprofessional and had an attitude towards me while I try to inquire about a service.
Absolutely worst hospital been up there twice with my three month old, put it down as a school sore. Just looked at it and gave me antibiotics. Then I went up again finally got a swab, gotta wait three days. Gave me more antibiotics for my 3 month old. Like seriously a jail will take better care of there patients, nsw hospital sucks. I’m first time mum, because I’m a first time mum they don’t give a damn. No wonder why so many babies die.
