Stayed at one of their properties in West Allis for 1 year. The space was a small studio and they kept it clean, cute, and well maintained. Management was always very responsive to the very few issues that ever came up during my time there. Would definitely recommend them!
I had a great experience living at one of their properties. The home was well-maintained and comfortable, and any issues that came up were taken care of promptly. Mackximus LLC was always professional and considerate of my privacy, yet involved enough to make sure everything was running smoothly. It made renting here a really positive experience. Highly recommend!
Fantastic property management company. Kyle purchased the building we were leasing about half way through our lease. Very responsive to any and all requests. Kyle went out of his way even after our lease expired to help ensure we still could collect old mail that was delivered to the property after we vacated. Absolutely recommend these folks!
I had a great experience with my landlord and enjoyed being a tenant on one of their properties. Their online payment service made it super easy to pay my rent each month directly from my account. My neighbor was great and we both got along very well. The move out process was very easy and I only moved out due to upgrading to a bigger apartment but I would consider renting again from Mackximus LLC if it was needed.
I represented Kyle and Mackximus LLC on the purchase of one of his buildings in Lake County. Working with Kyle was a great experience as he was eager to keep the deal on track, kept his word every step of the way and closed within the timeframe that was initially agreed to which does not always happen in real estate transactions. This deal was overall a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with him in the future.
