This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was unbelievably horrible- including the OWNER!
My family and I eat here semi-regularly. The buffet is okay as long as you like fried food. However, the issue we had tonight was the staff. At least I'm assuming they worked there as they were all huddled around the register area the whole time. They were all giggling and talking so loudly that they drew the attention of most of the customers. Macks on the River was excellent for the price!!Food was prepared superbly and seasoned just right, even down to the Frog legs!😊 They have a plethora of food choices... I didn't ask who the gentleman was who greeted us; I think it was the owner, but he was very personable and made us feel right at home! Our waitress was awesome she returned to the table in excellent timing and was very friendly and responsive! If ever I travel to Hattiesburg again, I will return!
