Extremely disappointing and completely incompetent. I bought in July and am still waiting for my approval for my fence and worst of all it appears I’m the ONLY homeowner they are going to hold to the style and material (even though they approved the incorrect material first). Hopefully next year they will get some systems in place to make sure they are holding ALL accountable as well as responding in a timely and efficient manner.
Multiple phone calls and emails to get denied a simple home improvement upgrade. Pure silliness that took close to seven months. Extremely disappointing communication.
