We had a great dinner. My husband and daughter ordered the fish fry and I had steak. All was cooked to perfection, and delicious! Hope to return soon!
Nice atmosphere and location. Breakfast is very good. The Fish Fry on Fridays is excellent. Portions were large and haddock was outstanding. Will definitely be back for more!
I ordered take out fish fries. They were awful. Fish was so over cooked it was hard. Salad was wilted. I have ordered there before and the food was disappointing . And they are very disorganized. Not going back there. Save your money.
I had lunch there today, it was great. Not many people there at 1 but I bet it does get busy at night. Everyone was so friendly, I just needed to be around people. I'll try it for supper.
Great dinner tonite. Never had a bad meal there. Sonja and the new crew are ready for a great re-opening. Glad to see they are finally open again after a long winter. Missed eating there.
The owners of Macks Inn caused the biggest scene when the husband assumed my family caused a commotion, when in reality facts are Sonja was the rudest waitress to our family from the moment we walked in until we politely left the establishment without even ordering. A few days later while out with friends (upon an invite). Sonja, the owner, was the most ignorant person I have ever encountered amongst wait staff. She was snide and rolled her eyes at almost everything anyone in the family said. She rudely said she will be checking i.ds when i asked if she had midori. Then said they have a full bar just not 'your' drinks. Her attitude toward me when I went up to the counter to tell her we changed our minds about splitting the bill was so down grading that I started to tell her how ignorant she was and that I work in the industry and it was unacce... read more
