Had great experiences visiting this store - as another reviewer pointed out - its almost unreal how friendly people are. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. First time, we visited to purchase a bike for our kid but couldn't as they don't sell off-the-shelf bikes any more but the staff was very friendly and advised us on how to pick a bike. Second time, I visited to get my bike fixed. Again staff was super friendly and efficient and fixed my issue in 5 minutes at a very reasonable price! Keep it up guys!
If you're anywhere close to these guys they should be your default LBS. Super friendly and excellent bike mechanics.
Kelly and Sam are the best! They tuned up mine and my husbands bike and they're like new - clean and ride so well. Customer service was 10/10!! Thank you Macks!!!
