Not only does Mack’s offer the best bike service and products, they knock it out if the park with customer service. Thank you team Mack’s for making taking care of my bike so much fun!! ps they play classic vhs movies on loop!!! Chefs kiss!!
What an awesome place. Upon arrival I felt like I was back in Eugene, OR. The vibe is eclectic and beautiful. The thing that really stood out was how kind and affirming everyone was. I was feeling overwhelmed with the repair my bike needed and everyone I spoke to made me feel welcomed and nobody spoke down to me for not understanding some things. Can’t believe I didn’t know about them sooner. I will definitely be back.
