I stopped in for help with repairs and a safety check on a hand-me-down bike. The crew at the shop was welcoming, friendly and fixed my issues on the spot all for a very reasonable price. A great neighborhood shop; will definitely visit again.
Mack’s has been nothing but excellent for all of our bike purchases (plus tuneups and accessories too)! We purchased a Thule bike trailer last summer, which converted to a rugged winter stroller. The daily use had our brakes on the fritz this summer, so when I stopped in with two kids in tow to reserve an appointment, Sam fixed it on the spot while the kids chalked with Kelly in their courtyard. They’re simply the best Better than all the rest Better than anyone Anyone I've ever met Seriously. High quality goods, fair prices, family owned. This is your shop! PS they have great snacks if you’re in need of a bike fix and a bevvy or salty treat.
