I went to Mack's to get a walker repaired. It was missing the left brake, and it was a challenging repair. Everyone in the shop was attentive and kind. I really appreciated the vibe in the shop and the level of care the employees had for their patrons. Thanks to this great small business, I am able to gift this walker to someone who needs it.
Fabulous service as always. Needed a small adjustment. The team took care of it on the spot. Great support of the local neighbors with events.

There are probably three or four bike shops between my house and Mack's. I happily go out of my way to get to Mack's. Great expertise across all bikes and excellent service. Can't say enough good things about the shop. You won't be disappointed.
