Great job on repairing my daughters Xterra, Billy worked late Friday night and Saturday to make sure my daughter had her SUV back as soon as possible.
Macks Auto is not only a total rip off and they are totally rude while doing it. We took our car there and they wanted to totally overcharge us for an alternator. We ended up going to another shop in local Harrisburg where we were treated with respect and given a fair price. Lee at Macks is extremely rude and needs a lesson in customer service. I will never ever frequent Mack s again. When consumers can research the price of parts in matter of minutes you shouldn t try and scam your customers. Golden rule... When people have... read more
