They quickly fixed my Jeep after hitting a deer and it looked wonderful. They were conscientious of my time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. To top it off, they went WAY above and beyond and cleaned/detailed the interior of my car which had nothing to do with what I brought it in for. And, they guarantee their work. High quality service, small town care. Highly recommend!
My daughter recently had her pickup ran into while parked at her job. Being in college and away from home she was devastated and didn't know where to turn. She got little assistance from their insurance or hers. She walked into Macks and I feel like they treated her like their own. They hooked her up with a rental and took care of her pick up very quickly. I can't say enough about their customer service and the quality of their work! Thanks Macks for being there & keeping good old fashioned standards alive!!!
