Management is poorly ran and creativity is overlooked. Way overpriced condos that could choke the Sultan of Oil. Nose in the air sellers which incur an atmosphere of entitlement which comes off as cold and unwelcoming. Thumbs way down on a building that looks like no one thought of anything passed the middle finger high up and over the semi modest masses that could never even afford the shadow this thing casts over Central Park.
