Honestly this lady made my case more difficult than it was. Lost my Daca and she sent my paper work to a different location. She also accused me of not paying her. When i literally payed everything in full because i didn't want my case to no move for lack of payments. Then when i showed her my receipts and was upset for the situation and how she wasn't doing her job right..she got mad and told me to have a nice life and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
