Not going to rant on but be careful with this company. Tom & James if they're your salesman be careful. Trying to charge me a $2k restocking fee for a machine that wasn't even assembled. Keep in mind I purchased 2 units already and this would've been my 3rd. Long story short Ring Power Lift Trucks got me my 3rd machine with 2 weeks of paperwork. Compared to Briggs 6 months.

Tengo mi propia empresa y quería comprar equipo de este distribuidor de JCB. Llegué aquí un día, mi inglés no es muy bueno y me dijeron que no vendía nada, que necesitaba dinero para comprar el equipo. Se dieron la vuelta, hicieron una broma sobre los mexicanos y comenzaron a reírse. Me di la vuelta y me fui. Aquí trabaja gente muy grosera.

Great customer service. Ernie in the parts dept and Jodie in Service are the best. They always get back to me quickly with whatever answer I need. The road techs are very knowledgeable and proficient. All around very pleased with this branch.
