The staff is always so friendly and excited to see my pups. Dr. Zuker does a great job of explaining things so I can understand what’s happening too. It’s a very inviting and safe environment. I wish I would’ve known about them sooner!
Got a new, sweet, Golden Retriever puppy, Chaz. All of the staff was so kind! They visited one-by-one and sat to cuddle the new baby. Learning that he had multiple kinds of intestinal parasites was distressing, but they were patient, thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a clear understanding of the treatment procedure. Awesome group of people - thank you so much!
Have been going here since the 1980's and was told I would have to wait a week after telling them I had a very sick cat. Hours are terrible, and they don't seem to care about patients. Found a wonderful vet at Animal Alley and will telling all my friends. Dr. Scott would be horrified to see how patients are treated. Diane is the only good thing about the place.
Took my Titan in for an emergency when my vet was closed. They we're absolutely wonderful. After our checkup we decided to stay there for our pets. I highly recommend Dr. Zuker and her staff.
They were ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!! Having my cat for 18 years and making the decision to put her down was the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do and they were SO compassionate. The Doctors and Diane were SO supportive through all my tears!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your pet family.
