The bed was INFESTED with cockroaches! We caught 4 and took them to the front desk. We had reserved for 2 nights and the manager refused to refund for one of the nights. We checked out at 11 pm and went to another hotel. We went to the Chamber of Commerce the next day and they said they hear it ALL the time! They have had many complaints but can not do anything about the bug infested hotels. The only nice thing about our room was a view of the lake and bridge Our bed was terribly uncomfortable, I mean terrible, I was in so much pain waking up in the mornings that we stayed, I mentioned it to the front desk and they said sorry, did not even try to resolve the issue, we also had black mold in the vent of our room, we paid almost 800 dollars for disgusting and uncomfortable room.
Friendly desk staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful view from the balcony. Great value!
