I had my car towed into the dealership in December. It had been at another dealership, and I was not happy with what they were trying to repair, and the cost. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at this dealership. Not only did they save me over $2,000, they came in about $300 under the estimate they had given me initially. Picture this: we're on vacation in the Western U.P. (Covington) and while packing up to travel home (lower peninsula) the hubby decides to kick the ball one last time for the labrador and the ball takes out the driver's side-view mirror on our 2013 F-150. Hubby duct tapes the mirror on and we head to the closest Ford dealer in Marquette. They were unable to help.
