Worst management team ever. Just avoid at all cost. They took over management w prior agreements w tenants, and they have charged me $800 in late fees. Even though I have paid over a year now, the same day, the same month of every month. Zero help or understanding. They pick and choose who they will help with such. Mold in apartments, maintenance is a joke. I could go on and on. Just do not rent from these people. Save yourself a big headache.
The property, Cedar Grove in Bloomington, IN looks old, feels old and smells old. There were serious problems but they never did anything for the tenant's safety. Drug bust, gunman under my deck shooting at cops, and a homeless woman living under the neighbor's deck. They didn't do anything. Avoid Mackie properties.
