I was told on my invoice that my stove would be delivered on Jan 11th. The morning of Jan 11th, I received a text that would be delivered on 12th. Now Christine has call to say it would be delivered 13th. When I explain this to Christine, told me to call a 1800 number that turned out to be the manufacture's warranty department, who of course couldn't help. No accountability, empathy or desire to resolve the solution.

The overall move went fairly well except they brought a truck that was way too big and wouldn't fit down the street at our new house. This added many hours and cost to the move, even after we had already move many items on our own to help them out. They were supposed to have researched our new location prior to the move, to insure they brought the right equipement but confirmed they did not.
