We absolutely love this office, both for eye care and for glasses. All of the office staff are absolutely amazing. So helpful and kind. Great with children, even small ones who struggle a little to be still and quiet during eye tests. They are patient with kids who are picking out glasses, and try very hard to make sure everyone is happy with their appearance in the glasses before they leave. Plus they work very fast and are so sweet.
The Dr’s and staff are amazing! They are extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I have a very complicated prescription and wear both contacts and glasses. (Not at the same time.) Their selection of eyeglass frames is superb. They have everything from Versace on the high end to the inexpensive (but still very high quality) SuperFlex. Used to be a good vision center. Took my kids in with their annual prescription to get new glasses and the lady told me they changed their policy. You now have to get an exam at that specific location in order to buy glasses. All the while being as rude as she could be… I mean what business doesn’t want to sell their products??? Only in Corbin, KY would you encounter such attitude and the dumbest policy ever made.
The office manager is horrible. She always has attitude and doesn’t need to even be a practice manage. If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would just because of the manager Dr. Lankhart is ditzy and dilated my eyes BEFORE a focus test. I cannot stress how rude and unprofessional they are there. They should be shut down because they have no business dealing with people’s vision
