Love everyone in the office an the glass place is the same everyone is wonderful there I'd recommend this office to anyone
They don't accept UHC vision plus. This used to be a great place. Kayla has always been great with my kids, along with the rest of the staff, but I keep receiving a huge bill for items I've never ordered or received, which is a little odd.
So tell me why I called and they say the rest of my families glasses are in. (We all had appointments at the same time) so you would assume they put in all of our glasses orders in at the same times, no they did not (stupid right?) so now I have to wait till after thanksgiving to get my glasses (which they’re usually closed for a good while during the thanksgiving holiday) , when they promised we would ALL have them before thanksgiving. If you all don’t know how to do paperwork, then you all are not in the right job.
