The office manager is horrible. She always has attitude and doesn’t need to even be a practice manage. If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would just because of the manager Dr. Lankhart is ditzy and dilated my eyes BEFORE a focus test. I cannot stress how rude and unprofessional they are there. They should be shut down because they have no business dealing with people’s vision
This was a disappointing experience. We arrived early, but our appointment still started later than scheduled. When we were finally called in, the staff were rude and rushed us. We were sitting in the lobby debating whether or not to turn in the papers until a staff member brought us to a room, took our papers and handed them to the receptionist, who was also very rude. The experience at Mackey was very unprofessional.The woman in the front desk was very, very rude and wasnt clear about the cost whatsoever and by the end they threaten collection agencies and all that. Unprofessional, brutish, and rude.
They don't accept UHC vision plus.
