Went in to ask for some help picking out a gift for my wife, told em what I was looking for, what my budget was and what the occasion was and they couldn't have cared less. The lady behind the counter said to just look over there (whole front of the store) and just look outside and didnt really act like she was in a helpful mood. Sad cuz my wife said its her favorite store but I'll probably just stick with Walmart, at least I know I'm just a number there.
There was a system glitch on Valentine's Day and they did not have the order my husband placed. He contacted them around 4pm that day when they hadn't delivered and not only did they personally deliver them, but they had upgraded our order to the biggest and most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. They also brought us some bonus goodies for the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, but they went above and beyond.
Love this place! Beautiful flower arrangements! Also, tons of plants and decor for your home. I recommend this place to everyone.
I worked with Kelsey at McKenzies flowers for my wedding and she was amazing! She executed my vision perfectly and the whole team was so professional. 10/10 recommend for any event!
