Problems EVERY time. They realize that parents tend to hang out here because our kids use the rinks, so service is nonexistent. Had issues so I wrote the email on the website where it said they took our feedback seriously and someone would reach out soon. Well, I waited 2 weeks and heard NOTHING so you get the 1 star rating you deserve. No wonder this place is next to empty most of the time. A place with so mucb potential is now just a waste of space.
Doordashed 30 mins ago and they never started it couldnt even get me a refund
I wanted to place an order, but the lady at the bar didn't bother to take it, she said someone would be right there. We waited an hour and still no one came.
Worst service you can imagine. Nobody ever wiped down my table and it was disgusting. It took about 25 minutes before anyone came over to take an order. They brought it the food but didn’t bring any silverware or napkins. After 15 minutes sitting there and not having anyone come by, I had to walk up to the bar to get my silverware and napkins… then again… never saw anyone while eating or to bring me my check…. Sliders came with 3 but ate two before the picture. Food was delicious! The cooks truly took pride in what they do. The crust on the pizza was like garlic sticks, so soft! You could smell the fresh basil and the sliders were cooked just right! Definitely home made fried onions. Great place to eat good food in a chill place and watch the games and live hockey! While it was her first day, Shylin did a great job!
