Food is always great. Bar service is a joke even when not busy. If you go here sit at a table and I'm sure everything will be great
The service was great. Our waiter was super nice. The food, however, was awful. I do not recommend eating here to anyone.
Just left from our first visit to Mackenzie River. It was my husband, our 7 year old, and me. The food was delicious. The service was lacking all the way around. The hostess apparently lost our name on the waitlist. She told us 15-20, after 25 I asked how much longer and they both looked confused never spoke other than to ask if we needed a kids menu, then sat us immediately. She said they were out of silverware at the host stand and our server would bring some. We were prepared to order when the server came up to get drinks... read more
