Amazing service. I am a few weeks post major surgery and my birthday was a week and a half ago. Our server didn't charge me for my dessert nor our sodas as a get well soon/happy birthday. I really wish I remembered his name since he was very patient and understanding. This was our first visit and it was beyond the expectations that we had been told from my husband's co-workers that visit frequently.
Burger came out mooing. Bit into it and then they threw that same patty back on the grill. I'm glad for the sake of everyone after me that I don't have HIV and mixed blood with that meat. Then couldn't even give me a discount and I am a frequent flyer and never had any trouble at all before. Come on. Not impressed at all not even a sorry about that from my waitress. That is why you got the tip you did
Our server wasn't knowledgeable about the drink or food menus. She was incredibly slow and not at all friendly. It took forever for drinks to be delivered and the kids' fruit/veggie plates. Once dinner arrived my sandwich had SLIMY, ROTTEN spinach on it, I showed it to the server who took it and walked off. Then she stomped back and said she'd had our bill taken care of. I ordered the ancho chili rubbed NY Strip tonight and it was cooked to perfection! The bartender told me they don't sell many steaks here so y'all are missing out! For under $20, this was the best steak I've had in a long time! Definitely will come back.
Food is good, but it's not so good when you find a hair in your food everytime..
Slowest waitress ever! Didn't check on us at all..
