I had an appointment in my google calendar for a hair consultation with a stylist. I was checked in and sat in their waiting area for 20 min. The stylist walks over and says my appointment was mistaken and ill have to reschedule. Why make a potential client sit and wait for 20 min to be told I had to reschedule. Weird.
Great place in a cozy town surrounded by little boutiques and restaurants! My favorite hairdresser is Mia! She is friendly, talented and professional. I get complements on my haircut all the time. Highly recommend her.
The atmosphere here is very cozy. The staff is delightful and friendly. Maura is hands down the best stylists I’ve been to and I’ve gone to a lot of highly rated salons in Chicago. This salon isn’t close to where I live but I’m willing to make the hour drive because of how great she is!
