I found Mackenzie to be very kind and thoughtful! She seems very genuine and I am looking forward to seeing her for more sessions.
I was very happy with my session today. I feel I was able to express my worries, stresses, etc. with the therapist.
Horrific experience. When you start your first session as a first time patient and it begins with me being accused of not doing proper paperwork that I was not aware of or made aware of in a appropriate time. That is definitely not how you start any interaction let alone a mental health session that is mainly supposed to be about starting off on a good foot with the hope to building a trusting relationship between the professional provider and the patient.
